The UIC Future Leaders in Business Program is a free summer program in partnership with UIC Business which is designed for high school students interested in Business. The goal of this 1-week commuter program is to expose participants to the University of Illinois Chicago campus. During the program, students will learn about teamwork, leadership, and careers and majors in accounting, finance, entrepreneurship, human resource management, management, marketing and information and decision sciences.
PROGRAM DATES: Monday, July 10 – Friday, July 14, 2023
PROGRAM TIMES: Meets Daily 10:00am – 4:00pm
In order to qualify for Future Leaders in Business, students must:
- Submit a completed Future Leaders in Business application, including most recent high school transcript
- Demonstrate an interest in business through academic or extracurricular activities
- Entering sophomore, junior or senior year of high school in Fall 2023
- Interest in learning about business
PROGRAM FOR INCOMING UIC STUDENTS ONLY…
- Prerequisite: MUST be an entering UIC Freshman with a completed Intent to Enroll form in the College of Business for Fall 2023 and MANDATORY participation in the summer 6-Week residential program (June 26 – August 4)
