The CHANCE Program (TCP) provides prospective students an opportunity to become familiar with UIC and the college application process. TCP hosts a variety of outreach programs designed to provide both traditional and non-traditional recruitment to service all students through our pipeline initiatives: STEM Academy (SA), Digital Scholars (DS) and Future Leaders in Health (FLH) programs.
TCP aims to attract qualified freshmen/transfer students to UIC to promote and educate students on admissions requirements, financial aid, career development, and diversity awareness. TCP recruits candidates from Chicago Public Schools (CPS) and other Suburban School Districts. In addition, CHANCE participates in a number of community events and exposes its students to various opportunities through our network of corporate, community and faith-based partnerships.
